LPI, Inc. (www.lpi-inc.com) is seeking dependable, skilled Welders to join our growing team in Eau Claire. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy hands‑on work in a team-focused environment, this role is for you.
Perform GMAW, FCAW, TIG, and other welding processes
Safely operate welding, cutting, and material‑handling equipment
Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings
Produce accurate, high-quality weldments within set timeframes
Grind, de‑burr, and inspect completed parts
Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions
Maintain accurate work order documentation
Use precision tools (calipers, tape measures, squares, etc.)
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork
Strong work ethic, dependability, and good attendance
Solid problem‑solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and with others
Commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy
Ability to read technical documents and perform basic math
HS diploma/GED with welding experience or training considered
Mechanical background is a plus
Ability to pass welding certification tests
