About the Role
The Phone Guys is seeking an experienced, results-driven eCommerce Manager to oversee, optimize, and scale our online sales footprint. In this role, you will own the end-to-end operation of our digital marketplaces, driving revenue growth while maintaining strict operational efficiency. The ideal candidate balances high-level marketing strategy and budget management with a sharp, protective eye on inventory, fraud prevention, and daily logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Management & Growth
- Manage, optimize, and aggressively grow all online sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
- Implement competitive pricing strategies that strike the perfect balance between high volume and maximum profitability.
- Monitor marketplace health, policy updates, and compliance standards to keep all store ratings excellent.
Logistics, Shipping & Fraud Prevention
- Oversee daily online order fulfillment and shipping operations to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Establish and execute robust risk-management protocols to identify, determine, and prevent online fraud.
- Monitor shipping queues with a strict focus on security guidelines to protect the company from high-value asset loss.
Marketing Strategy & Financial Planning
- Develop and execute data-driven eCommerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and brand loyalty across all platforms.
- Own the digital marketing budget, ensuring an optimal return on ad spend (ROAS) and alignment with company financial targets.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (sales, margins, traffic, and conversion rates).
Customer Operations & Escalations
- Streamline and manage the processing of online returns and customer disputes.
- Analyze dispute data to minimize future return rates and continuously improve the customer experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or Marketplace Specialist running multi-channel online stores.
- Deep operational knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Walmart Partner Center, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in strategic pricing and budget allocation.
- Keen eye for detail with a proven track record in fraud detection and risk mitigation in high-value retail or electronics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to handling disputes and logistics challenges.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
