A respected and mission-driven mental health organization serving communities throughout Los Angeles, California is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality individual, family, and/or group therapy based on client needs.
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and therapy notes.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Provide appropriate clinical support during crisis situations and follow established protocols for escalation when necessary.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
- Deliver services in a variety of community-based settings, including homes, schools, centers, and other appropriate locations throughout Los Angeles.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- An active LCSW license in the State of California.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral or mental health,
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to providing culturally responsive, compassionate, and client-centered care.
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check.
Compensation & Schedule
- $65–$75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
