As a part of our growth Eagle Engine Sales, Inc., is looking for a dedicated and passionate Inside Sales Representative with knowledge of Automotive Engines, Transmissions and Marine Engines.
The Inside Sales representative will be responsible for selling company products from inbound calls, responding and following up on all internet leads, and make outbound calls, from the branch location.
The Inside Sales representative must initiate sales calls to existing customers to assess their needs, generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products, and assist customers with sales of products, respond to questions regarding application, pricing, warranty and delivery.
The Inside Sales Representative will be accountable for developing relationships with potential customers, and to assist customers with orders, product information, payments, and anything else to maintain excellent customer service. Essential Job Duties
Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products.
Initiate sales calls to existing customers to assess the needs.
Follow up on internet leads, document information in CRM.
Assist customers with sales of product and/or services, respond to questions regarding applications, pricing, warranty, etc.
Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers, or leads,to cultivate new business.
Provide ongoing customer and technical service on existing accounts.
Processes orders -- performs order entry, reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.
Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, andany additional information needed by customer.
Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
Observes changes in inventory to insure minimum stock levels.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience: One to two years of prior telephone sales,
customer service relations and automotive and or marine powertrain
knowledge.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must be familiar with the company's products and procedures.
Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team-player.
Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers.
Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter.
Drug screen/ background check administered as condition of employment.
Hourly + Commission

Pay: $46,546.46 - $62,443.05 per year
