Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure freshness and safety.
- Support menu planning efforts by providing input on ingredient availability and dish presentation ideas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours, supporting a smooth workflow.
- Participate in catering events or special functions as needed, delivering high-quality meal service in various settings.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred, especially within a culinary or kitchen setting.
- Familiarity with food industry standards for food safety, handling, and sanitation practices is essential.
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are desirable assets.
- Background in prepping, meal preparation, and cooking will support your success in this role.
