NOW HIRING – Bilingual Experienced Recruiter - Must have Staffing Experience
Location: Hollywood, FL 33024
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team! If you have a background in staffing, excellent customer service skills, and experience assisting with payroll, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates
- Source candidates using Indeed, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding for new hires
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees
- Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and clients
- Assist with weekly payroll, timecards, and attendance tracking
- Maintain accurate employee records and recruiting documentation
- Support daily office operations and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting or staffing experience
- Customer service experience required
- Payroll or timekeeping experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
