Pay: $120 per day + $2 extra for each pickup stop

Daily Start and End Location
Drivers must report to the Latino Pack location at 3258 Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33901 at the beginning of each workday to receive the route plan, prepare the vehicle, and load the packages and supplies needed for the route. At the end of the route, drivers return to the Fort Myers location to unload all pickups and complete the daily cash and route reconciliation.
Coverage Area: South and Southwest Florida, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Miami, and routes that may extend toward Orlando/Tampa areas
About the Role
Latino Pack is a growing shipping and logistics company focused on helping customers send packages to different countries, with a strong focus on the Dominican Republic. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Delivery & Pickup Driver to join our team.
This is not a fixed-hours position. The job is based on completing the assigned route for the day. Drivers who manage their time well, stay organized, and work efficiently are usually able to finish their route faster.
Compensation
$120 per day
$2 extra for each pickup stop completed
Main Responsibilities
Check the daily route plan each morning using the company-provided phone
Prepare the van/truck with all materials needed for the day’s route
Report truck/van readiness and materials to dispatch before leaving
Travel to customer locations to:
pick up packed boxes and packages
deliver empty boxes or shipping materials
Create invoices during pickup stops as needed
Collect customer payments when required
Return all picked-up items to the warehouse
Unload the truck/van at the end of the route
Label boxes/packages if they have not yet been labeled
Reconcile daily cash and route earnings with the office team before leaving
Keep the truck/van clean, organized, and ready for the next day
Assist the warehouse team every Thursday with loading the 42-foot container going to the Dominican Republic
Requirements
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Must have previous customer service experience
Must be dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Must be comfortable driving long routes across South Florida
Must be available to work until the assigned route is completed
Must be willing to participate in mandatory container loading every Thursday
Must be able to handle payment collection, invoicing, and end-of-day route reconciliation responsibly
