Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Therapist (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to join our growing practice in Minnetonka and in a hybrid capacity, as a 1099 Contractor. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of clinical experience, preferably in private practice, and is passionate about helping clients heal and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to school-aged children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in clinical consultations as needed.
- Maintain a consistent caseload and uphold the values and mission of LakesC3.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years post-licensure experience.
- Experience in private practice or outpatient mental health.
- Training and/or certification in EMDR preferred, but not required.
- Experience working with children and adolescents strongly desired.
- Comfort with hybrid or telehealth sessions as well as in-person care.
