Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service both in the store, phone & in the field.
- Be knowledgeable of all products and able to answer customer questions.
- Assist in inventory control.
- Follow all company safety procedures and be timely on all training required.
- Follow all quality control policies.
- Advise management of all customer comments; specifically complaints.
- Daily Cash Report.
- Store ordering and receiving (includes putting the merchandise up as well as paper work).
- Gather/Receive store to store transfers.
- Help manage the employees (tasks, schedules, etc).
- Help keep the store clean and organized.
- Opening/closing the store (opening store/buildings, opening drawers, overseeing drawer closings, being sure all the doors to the store are secured when leaving, all equipment is put away, all buildings are locked up, and that any call in orders are placed outside, etc).
- Performing any services that we offer ( glass cutting, chainsaw sharpening, hydraulic hose making, etc).
- Other duties as assigned by store manager.
- Complete all training as assigned by management.
- Possibility of working in different store locations (Fairfield, Scottsville, Staunton, Weyers Cave).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
