Creative Walls and Landscaping, LLC. is a growing landscaping company providing professional landscape maintenance, installation, enhancement, and property-care services to residential and commercial customers. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to help keep our administrative operations running smoothly and support our field teams and customers.
Position Overview
The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company and serve as a key link between customers, field crews, management, vendors, and accounting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to work in a fast-paced environment where schedules and customer needs can change quickly.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily office operations and administrative processes
· Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service
· Schedule and coordinate landscaping crews, service appointments, estimates, and follow-ups
· Communicate schedule changes and important information to field supervisors and crews
· Maintain customer records, job information, contracts, and service documentation
· Prepare work orders, proposals, invoices, purchase orders, and other office documents
· Assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, deposits, and payment tracking
· Follow up on outstanding customer balances and resolve billing questions
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding materials, deliveries, and orders
· Track employee time, attendance, and required paperwork
· Assist management with payroll preparation and administrative reporting
· Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
· Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
· Help ensure company policies, procedures, licenses, and documentation remain current
· Support management with reports, data entry, and special projects
· Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and communication
Qualifications
· 2+ years of office management, administrative, or operations experience preferred
· Experience in landscaping, construction, property maintenance, or a related service industry is a plus
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Professional and customer-focused attitude
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software
· Experience with scheduling, invoicing, CRM, accounting, or landscape-management software is a plus
· Ability to work independently while also supporting a team
· Reliable, dependable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities

Experience in the landscape industry is highly valued, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has strong administrative and organizational skills.
