We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our fast-paced dealership team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Explain repair and maintenance options clearly, providing detailed auto estimates and service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, transmission work, tire services, suspension, alignment, shocks & struts, diesel engine repairs, air brake systems, and auto body repairs
- Upsell additional services and maintenance packages that enhance vehicle performance and safety while meeting customer needs
- Manage service writing processes accurately, including documenting work orders and updating customer records
- Foster strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, follow-up communication, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or automotive service management background preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Experience in auto estimating software and sales techniques to promote additional services effectively
- Knowledge of automotive service procedures such as service writing and vehicle maintenance protocols
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ASE certification or equivalent is a plus

Pay: $68,839.23 - $82,903.16 per year
