About the Role
Vacatia is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Lead Marketing to lead our show, event, and off-property marketing efforts across all regions. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, package sales, and revenue growth through high-performing field marketing programs.
As a key leader within the organization, you’ll set the vision for Lead Marketing, oversee a team of experienced managers, and ensure consistent execution across multiple markets. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership to align strategy, optimize performance, and expand our marketing footprint—all while delivering measurable impact to the company’s sales pipeline.
What You’ll Do
Lead Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
- Drive performance across leads, package sales, and revenue targets
- Establish and maintain high standards for event execution and brand representation
Build & Lead High-Performing Teams
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers across production, training, operations, and administration
- Foster accountability, performance, and continuous improvement across geographically dispersed teams
Drive Performance Through Data
- Analyze marketing and event performance to optimize ROI and cost-per-tour metrics
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to executive leadership
Expand Market Presence
- Identify and develop new partnerships, venues, and market opportunities
- Support strategic expansion initiatives and staffing models
Ensure Operational Excellence
- Oversee training, onboarding, and execution standards across all markets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Approve compensation structures and incentive programs for field teams
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or lead generation
3+ years in a senior leadership role managing managers and cross-functional teams
Strong background in driving performance across multiple markets
Experience in vacation ownership, timeshare, or hospitality marketing (preferred)
Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting tools
Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license required
Travel
This role requires regular travel (up to 40%) to field markets, events, and company locations.
