Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Dispatcher to join our team. Dispatchers are the first line of communication for our community and play a vital role in keeping our town safe. Duties include answering phone calls, dispatching officers to calls for service, completing paperwork, and other related responsibilities.
Shift Details:
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 12-hour rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, etc.
- Every other weekend off
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
