Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seamless Gutter Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality seamless gutters that protect homes and commercial buildings from water damage. Your expertise will ensure precise measurements, proper fitting, and secure installation of gutter systems, contributing to the durability and aesthetic appeal of our clients’ properties. Duties
- Measure and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine gutter layout and specifications
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper support for gutter installation
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment safely and effectively during installation processes
- Install seamless gutters using fabrication techniques, ensuring accurate cuts and secure fittings according to building plans
- Seal joints with caulking and ensure proper drainage by following schematic specifications
- Conduct quality inspections to verify proper alignment, slope, and secure attachment of gutter systems
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving roofing, siding, or other building material installations
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and ladders for precise measurements and installations
- Experience with gutter installation, roofing, siding, or related construction trades such as carpentry or masonry
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately
- Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating techniques for project planning
- Familiarity with construction inspection procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about project progress or concerns
- Experience with fabrication of building materials such as trim carpentry, stucco, or concrete forming is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for site preparation or material handling
