Senior Industrial Field Service Specialist
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year + Performance Bonus
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Field-Based)
Territory: Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, Washington, DC, and surrounding Mid-Atlantic region
Travel: Frequent regional travel with overnight stays. Candidates should live within approximately 90 minutes of Harrisburg or a major airport.

Are you an experienced field service professional who enjoys solving technical problems, installing industrial machinery, and working directly with manufacturers?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established industrial machinery distributor that supports manufacturers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys independence, travel, customer interaction, and working with a wide variety of industrial equipment.
This is much more than replacing parts. You'll install machinery, commission equipment, troubleshoot complex issues, train operators, and become a trusted technical resource for customers across the region.

What You'll Do
- Install and commission industrial machinery at customer facilities
- Perform machine startup and operational testing
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Train operators and maintenance personnel
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Support equipment demonstrations and trade shows when needed
- Travel throughout the assigned territory supporting customer sites

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of industrial machinery experience
- Field service, industrial maintenance, millwright, installation, or commissioning experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience training operators or maintenance personnel is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays

- Maintenance Supervisor
Experience supporting CNC machinery, fabrication equipment, automation systems, packaging machinery, printing equipment, food processing equipment, or similar industrial manufacturing equipment is highly preferred.
Education
- Associate's Degree or Technical Degree preferred
- Equivalent hands-on industrial experience will also be considered
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery
- Basic Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
