American Traveler is hiring an experienced CVOR Tech/RN for a Cardiovascular Operating Room position in Atlanta, GA, requiring a minimum of 18 months of CVOR experience and strong endovascular skills.

Position is based in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) of a hospital setting in Atlanta, GA

Cardiovascular and vascular patient population, including cardiac and endovascular cases

AM shift, 10-hour shifts

13-week contract

Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand (required for RN candidates)

Minimum 18 months of full-time CVOR experience within the last 3 years in a setting of similar acuity

Strong proficiency in cardiac and vascular procedures, with high self-ratings across cardiac and vascular skill sets

Strong endovascular experience required

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible

Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a separation of 18 months is required

RTO is capped at 5 days if it does not fall on or near a holiday, and 3 days if it does fall on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and consecutive RTO days during the holiday period are unlikely to be approved

CVOR RN and CVOR Tech candidates will be asked to complete a Peri-Op Services Questionnaire covering cannulation techniques, aorta cases, endovascular experience, and cardiac case familiarity
