Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Exterior Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Change out trash liners and hand pick litter to remove from parking lot surfaces and landscape areas.
- Operate a backpack blower to remove debris from storefronts, curb-lines and corners.
- Clean up and maintain dumpster areas with shovel.
- Cobwebbing and wiping of window ledges.
- Perform janitorial duties that include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming along with replacement of toiletries.
- Perform basic pre-trip vehicle inspection, which includes oil level, tire pressure, burnt out lights etc.
- Drive company vehicle from job to job.
- Complete paperwork at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Exterior Porter, Groundskeeper, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- 3rd shift experience preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Must be able to walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
- Hard work is recognized and rewarded.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a clean environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to facilities maintenance and cleaning practices.
- Must be 21 years + (insurance regulations) with a valid Florida driver's license with no traffic infractions in the last three years on your record.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
