Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms. Commercial buildings including office areas, kitchen or common areas and bathrooms.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry services, and sanitation to uphold high hygiene standards.
- Maintain and operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning results.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleanings within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a clean environment that promotes well-being for both clients and staff.
- Assist with light household chores such as cooking or organizing upon request to enhance client comfort.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, sanitation procedures, and laundry services.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thoroughness in every task.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day.
- Prior experience in custodial or housekeeping management is advantageous but not required.
