About Latitude Food Allergy Care
Latitude Food Allergy Care is the leading network of clinics providing life-changing testing and treatment, including oral immunotherapy (OIT), to help families with food allergies live more freely. Latitude was founded in 2018 by food allergy parents in partnership with world-renowned researchers to provide an exceptional patient experience specifically designed for the needs of food allergy patients of all ages. Led by board-certified allergists, Latitude has provided evidence-based solutions like OIT to more than 11,000 patients with single and multiple food allergies, including those with the most severe food allergies.
Latitude currently has 13 clinics — four in Northern California, four in NYC, and five in Southern California — and is continuing to expand across the country.
Role
Latitude offers hospitality-minded, concierge-level care—setting the bar for what patient-centered service should feel like. We're looking for someone who embodies this standard and brings a second superpower to the table: phlebotomy. In this role you'll own the front office and patient experience while also being the calm, skilled hand patients trust for their blood draws. If you light up both when you're making a nervous family feel at ease and when you're nailing a clean draw on a wiggly kid, keep reading.
Are you tired of standard admin roles that feel repetitive and routine? Do you derive great satisfaction when helping others? Are you a naturally driven individual who thrives on building genuine relationships, mastering multitasking, and creating outstanding patient experiences? At Latitude, we're redefining the medical front office role into something truly exceptional. We want individuals who don't just schedule appointments—they own day-to-day clinic operations and patient experience, elevate patient care, create meaningful connections, and are a core part of our company's success.
This role is perfect for you if:
- People frequently tell you, "You're incredible at multitasking!"
- You are genuinely energized by interacting with people and building lasting relationships.
- You love the clinical side too—drawing blood is something you take real pride in doing well.
- You're not looking for a job—you're eager to launch and grow a meaningful career in healthcare.
- Going above and beyond isn't just a phrase for you; it's how you approach every day.
- You equally value efficiency and hospitality.
- You have a special kindness and calming energy to help children and families navigate challenging times, especially in moments like a blood draw.
Responsibilities
- Phlebotomy and Clinical Support: Perform blood draws with skill and compassion for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients, helping anxious patients feel safe and cared for. Label and handle specimens accurately and follow all safety and handling protocols.
- Provide Hospitality-Minded, Patient-Centric Care: Provide an exceptional experience for our patients and their families, ensuring they feel valued at every interaction. Uphold Latitude's reputation by consistently delivering outstanding service and maintaining high patient survey scores.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, setting a welcoming atmosphere and managing office amenities.
- Exceptional Patient Communication: Proactively build relationships and personalize patient care, guiding families through their allergy care journey.
- Appointment and Schedule Management: Proactively confirm and manage patient appointments, maintain detailed records in Epic and Salesforce, and achieve clinic financial goals.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage patient forms, handle billing, order supplies, operate multi-line phone systems, enter data accurately, and maintain meticulous records.
- Project Management: Own your projects from start to finish with diligence and thoroughness.
Who We're Looking For
- Individuals who naturally provide white-glove service and know how to anticipate and meet both spoken and unspoken needs of patients.

- Exceptional communicators with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Self-motivated, adaptable team players who thrive in dynamic environments.
- Organized multitaskers who can effortlessly manage complexity and maintain focus under pressure.
