Bernice Hassan & Associates, CPA is a fast-growing, 7-figure, tax resolution firm helping Real Estate Agents and troubled taxpayers SOLVE their IRS tax problems. We run an ER clinic for people in a tax crisis.
In addition to running Facebook ads, we have one of the best social media marketing strategies in the tax resolution industry. We consistently showcase our client results, which makes our leads warm and eager to solve their tax problems. If you’ve been successful in an outbound sales calling environment, calling cold leads, you will knock this out of the park.
Our most recent sales rep closed 3 deals his first week and made $9k in commission in his first month! There is plenty of opportunity to make well over six figures if you’re ready to learn the ins and outs of the industry and work your leads!
We are looking for a sales rockstar, ideally with at least 2-3 years of experience in one of these fields: Tax Resolution or Banking Industry Sales.
We are a small team that works together to overcome obstacles to meet the needs of our customers and to help our Company win. Our top core values are Customer Commitment, Trust, Integrity, and a Will to WIN.
Targets & Outcomes
- Enroll new clients from inbound leads booked straight to your calendar (about 80% of your leads)
- Schedule and conduct upsell calls to enroll clients into tax resolution services after the initial analysis is complete
- Perform daily follow up to close deals
- Warming up past leads from our database and cold calling people in tax crisis (about 20% of your leads)
- Update tracking sheets and reports daily
- Contribute to sales process improvement by giving feedback and collaborating with the team
KPIs/Success Measured by:
- Attend all team meetings and sales trainings (schedule to be provided)
- Follow up with leads within 24 business hours
- Minimums: Average of 10 calls per day (30 min calls) (10% no-show rate)
- 30% close rate on initial analysis50% close rate on tax resolution
- Commitment and Compensation:
- Available to take calls between 9-5 pm (EST hours are preferred)
- Our sales are a 2-call process where we sell the preliminary investigation analysis for $2,950; then the actual resolution service ranges from $6,000 to $79,900 depending on total taxes owed.
- $2,500/month base ($30k annually)
- 7.5% Commission on $2500 on initial preliminary investigation analysis
- 7.5% Commission on tax resolution service $6000- $79,900 depending on taxes owed.
- Investigation analysis fee of $2,950 is paid upfront on the first call; however, we split the resolution into a payment plan. We require a 30% retainer fee, then spread the balance over 3 months with a credit card on file.

- On Target Earnings:$8k-$10k/month
- $1,000 bonus for hitting KPI
Ideal Candidates:
- Experienced in closing deals via Zoom
- Lead generation and cold-calling experience is a plus
- A background in Tax Resolution or the Banking Industry is required
- Prior use of Go High Level, Google Workspace, and IRS Logics is a plus
- Must be coachable, driven, and understand consultative sales psychology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
