Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
- Consult with clients throughout the buying and selling process
- Prepare market analysis and pricing recommendations
- Show homes and assist buyers with property selection
- List, market, and sell residential properties
- Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, inspection items, and closing terms
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, team members, vendors, and brokerage leadership
- Use brokerage systems, CRM tools, and follow up processes consistently
- Maintain compliance with brokerage policies, MLS rules, and real estate license requirements
Qualifications
- Active Missouri Real Estate License, or actively working toward licensure
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Professional, self motivated, and coachable
- Comfortable working with buyers, sellers, leads, and sphere of influence clients
- Willingness to follow systems, attend training, and stay accountable
- Strong desire to grow a long term real estate business
