We're looking for friendly, motivated Team Members who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, organized, and fun environment.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the Square POS system and process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
- Prepare ice cream, paletas, drinks, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Help maintain inventory by restocking products and notifying management when supplies run low.
- Promote featured items and provide recommendations to customers.
- Work as part of a team to deliver a fast, friendly, and memorable customer experience.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous food service, restaurant, or cashier experience is preferred, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one after hire).
- Bilingual preferred
