The King's Daughters' School is seeking an organized, motivated, and mission-focused Assistant Enrich Director to help lead our vocational programming.
This position combines direct student impact with meaningful administrative leadership. The Assistant Enrich Director works alongside the Enrich Director to support vocational programming, student employment preparation, community engagement experiences, purchasing, reporting, data systems, and daily program operations.

What You'll Do
Support and coach students in vocational and community-based activities.
Create and lead school-based vocational enterprises and job centers.
Collect and analyze program data.
Create reports and maintain documentation.
Manage purchasing and inventory processes.
Support software systems and program administration.
Provide direct support to students during the school program.
Help ensure smooth daily operations of the Enrich program.
Schedule-Mon-Fri 7am-3pm with some flexibility to support program needs

Valid driver's license required.
Bachelor's degree required
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Passion for helping individuals with disabilities reach their highest level of independence.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Minimum of one year of experience in a vocational program and/or supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities; experience in both areas is highly preferred.
Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and comprehensive background checks (no felony convictions or convictions related to abuse, assault, or neglect).
