Office Manager (Legal)
Location: Sandy Springs, GA 30328 (In-Office)
Compensation: $60,000+ DOE (Starts at $60k, with upside based on skills/experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Status: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Role Overview:
PrideStaff is partnering with a well-established Sandy Springs law firm to find a dynamic and experienced Office Manager for a plaintiff-side Workers' Compensation practice. This critical role is designed for a true "general manager" of the office—someone who can confidently oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and handle the firm's financial workflows. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker with a comprehensive background in office operations and strong, hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, vendor invoicing, tracking client expenses, and reconciliation utilizing QuickBooks.
- Operations & Facilities: Oversee all daily office operations to ensure a seamless workflow; manage vendor relationships, order office supplies, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot minor IT or facility issues.
- Administrative Leadership: Act as the operational backbone of the firm, assisting the principal attorney with calendar management, office policy implementation, and general administrative strategy.
- Staff Coordination: Support and coordinate with the legal team (paralegals and intake staff) to optimize productivity, manage schedules, and assist with onboarding new team members if necessary.
- Client & File Support: Assist with high-level client inquiries, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and ensure digital and physical filing systems are meticulously maintained.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5+ years of Office Management experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Financial Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks is strictly required. * Technical Skills: Strong mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with legal case management software (such as Needles NEOS) is a strong plus.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, high financial literacy, discretion with confidential legal/financial data, and the ability to "wear many hats" effectively.
- Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
