Duties and Responsibilities
Manages and develops the Service/ Office Staff, which includes hiring, terminating and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensure effective production/ profit.
-Evaluates work load and prioritizes works orders with dispatch department.
-Resolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Ensures that material and equipment are ordered in a timely fashion.
-Generate reports and measure department performance.
-Assists and support in developing new business opportunities.
-Evaluates staff to determine training requirements. Assist in hands on training, and scheduling manufacturer training for employees.
-Ensure that all employees are observing all company safety requirements.

Requirements:
Must have experience in the Commercial HVACR field. This is an opportunity for the right candidate, but you must be able to work independently and know the HVAC and Refrigeration trade.
