Are you a nursing student ready to take your classroom knowledge to the next level? The Student Nurse Academy (SNA) at Deaconess offers hands-on hospital experience designed to help you grow, learn, and prepare for a successful RN career.
August 4th – October 25th
As part of our SNA team, you’ll work alongside experienced Registered Nurses in a supportive, precepted environment where you can build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and gain real-world patient care experience while still in nursing school.
- Hands-on experience in a hospital setting
- Direct mentorship from experienced RNs
- Exposure to clinical equipment and patient care procedures
- Opportunities to grow your technical and critical thinking skills
- A pathway toward future nursing opportunities within Deaconess
