Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Construction Estimator to join our team. This position is for seasoned professionals only with a strong background in mostly commercial plumbing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review commercial plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for mostly commercial projects
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Prepare accurate and competitive bid proposals
- Coordinate with project managers and field personnel
Qualifications (Required):
- Proven plumbing estimating experience (2 years minimum; commercial experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
Compensation:
- Pay range: from $35 to $45 hourly, depending on experience
