Prepare and serve nutritious, appetizing meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines
Follow standardized recipes and portion control procedures
Ensure food is prepared safely and in accordance with sanitation and infection control standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Assist with food preparation, storage, inventory, and kitchen sanitation
Work collaboratively with the Dietary Manager and healthcare team to meet residents' dietary needs
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members
Previous cooking experience required; healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
Passion for serving others and providing exceptional customer service
