We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational areas by sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed.
- Ensure floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, buffing, or polishing using appropriate equipment for various surfaces.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies to ensure availability for guests and staff.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic environment while adhering to health regulations.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold facility standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and industrial cleaning methods.
- Familiarity with custodial equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and other cleaning tools.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
