About the Role
Silver Creek Solutions LLC is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to provide weekly janitorial services at office facilities in the Vernal, UT area, contingent on a pending contract award. This is a part-time, once-weekly position, work would be performed on a Saturday or Sunday, outside of normal business hours.
You'd be the sole on-site person for this role (most likely), working independently but with full support from Silver Creek's management team. Familiarity with local office or government facility cleaning is a plus, but not required. Full training and a site walkthrough would be provided before your first day.
What You'll Do
- Clean multiple office locations in the Vernal area once per week (Saturday or Sunday)
- Restroom cleaning and sanitizing, floor care (sweep/mop/vacuum), trash removal, dusting, surface wiping, glass cleaning, and break room upkeep
- Follow a written task checklist for each building
- Complete a simple service log after each visit
- Communicate directly with your supervisor by phone/text (no need to navigate this alone).
Schedule & Pay
Schedule: Once weekly, Saturday or Sunday, outside business hours
Estimated Hours: 5 - 10 hours per visit (~22 - 43 hours/month)
Pay Rate: ~$20.00–$22.00/hr, plus applicable fringe benefit per contract wage requirements
Pay Schedule: Direct deposit, bi-weekly
Employment Type: Part-time, W-2 employee
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation to facilities in the Vernal, UT area
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to pass a standard background check (required for facility access, paid for by the company)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior commercial/janitorial cleaning experience helpful but not required
- Experience cleaning government or office facilities in the Vernal area a plus
