We are seeking compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental differences in an in-home setting.
As a BT, you will work one-on-one with children to help them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and direct guidance from the supervising clinician while implementing individualized treatment plans.

1. Newark, CA: 12.5 hours/week,
2. Fremont, CA: 15 hours/week,
3. Hayward, CA: 15.5 hours/week & 17.5 hours/week

- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients and their families
- Implement individualized ABA programs and treatment goals as outlined in client treatment plans
- Follow instructions and guidance provided by the supervising clinician
- Collect accurate data during each session
- Complete session notes and documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate regularly with the assigned supervisor regarding client progress and concerns
- Incorporate supervisor feedback to improve service delivery
- Maintain reliable attendance and arrive prepared and on time for scheduled sessions
- Participate in required team meetings, supervision, and training
- Follow all company policies, procedures, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements
- Inform the administrative team of any changes in availability with at least one month's notice
- Perform other related duties as assignedQualifications & Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience working with children is preferred, especially children with developmental, behavioral, or learning challenges
- Previous ABA experience is a plus but not required
- Genuine interest in working with children with autism and developmental differences
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the field of ABA
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' homes
- Valid California driver's license and current auto insurance
- Ability to successfully complete required DOJ and FBI background checks
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain certification after hire
- Ability to meet required TB clearance and immunization requirements in accordance with company policy
