Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients using telemarketing techniques to generate new business opportunities.

- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and demonstrating how our technology solutions can add value.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies that maximize lead generation efforts.
- Qualify inbound inquiries and nurture leads through effective communication, ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team for deal closing.
- Adopt and utilize sales technology tools and automation platforms to streamline prospecting activities and improve productivity.
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, follow-up activities, and progress within CRM software to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing roles within a technology or B2B sales environment.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, outbound calling, and client communication with a focus on deal closing.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud or similar platforms; familiarity with sales automation technologies is a plus.
- Technical sales experience combined with excellent negotiation skills to effectively position solutions during client interactions.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle customer objections confidently.
- Background in business development or marketing that supports strategic outreach initiatives.
- Call center experience or customer service background that emphasizes professional phone communication and client engagement.
