- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines to promote guest health and safety.
- Support the dining team by bussing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation details and plating instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
Experience
- Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards is highly valued.
- Background in banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality can be a plus for this energetic role.
