About the Role for Compu-Med Vocational Careers (CMVC)
CMVC is seeking a Director of Admissions (Higher Education Admissions Director / Enrollment Management Leader) to lead and manage the admissions department. This position is responsible for driving enrollment growth, ensuring compliance with admissions policies, and leading a team of admissions representatives toward achieving student recruitment and retention goals.
The Director of Admissions will act as a key leader on campus, working closely with academic leadership, student finance, and campus leadership to ensure a seamless and supportive enrollment experience for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage the admissions team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals.
- Oversee the admissions pipeline, ensuring effective inquiry follow-up, compliance with contact strategies, and collaboration with student finance.
- Identify trends and training gaps, and implement ongoing professional development for admissions representatives.
- Mentor admissions staff on enrollment processes, program knowledge, and best practices for overcoming student barriers to enrollment.
- Manage admissions operations including scheduling, reporting, and performance dashboards to optimize efficiency and results.
- Drive initiatives to improve the student experience and maximize start rates.
- Collaborate with campus leadership to align admissions strategies with institutional goals.
- Represent admissions in campus leadership meetings and act as a strategic advisor on enrollment matters.
- Support high-profile enrollment projects and initiatives that impact student success and campus growth.
- Perform administrative and compliance duties related to admissions reporting and accreditation requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
