We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team who will be available to work Tuesday and Thursday. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in private office settings. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine health status.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Document all medical information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to provide coordinated care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices.
- Two years of experience working in a hospital or nursing home and Medical office setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong critical thinking skills to assess complex patient situations and make informed decisions.
