B&M Enterprises is seeking a highly dependable and experienced Lead Janitorial Cleaner in Rockford, Michigan.
This is a lead position for someone who takes pride in their work, is responsible, shows up on time, and can make sure cleaning duties are completed properly each day.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist with daily cleaning duties
- Make sure all assigned areas are cleaned to a high standard
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean offices, common areas, and public spaces
- Restock supplies when needed
- Check completed work before leaving
- Communicate any problems or supply needs to management
- Help keep other team members on task
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has commercial or professional cleaning experience
- Is extremely dependable and responsible
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable taking the lead when working with another cleaner
- Has reliable transportation to Rockford
- Can pass any required background screening
- Can perform physical cleaning duties including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting
