As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for guests, helping ensure a welcoming, seamless, and engaging visit from arrival through departure. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment while supporting tours, tastings, reservations, and visitor services.This is a part time position.

Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Manage visitor check-in processes, reservations, and guest inquiries via phone and email.

Support visitor flow through parking, transportation, greeting, and tasting experiences.

Help create a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the visitor experience and daily operations.
Required

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Must be 21 years of age

Must be able to work 2 weekends a month (including Saturday and Sunday)
Preferred

1+ year of hospitality, tourism, customer service, or guest experience experience.

Experience working directly with visitors, customers, or guests in a service-focused environment.

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
