As an Entry-Level Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, making sure every interaction feels clear, positive, and genuine. You’ll play a key role in building trust, sharing product knowledge, and helping customers feel supported from start to finish. Day to day, you’ll handle customer inquiries, problem-solve with confidence, communicate updates clearly, and ensure each person you interact with feels valued.
