Job Overview
$2,500.00 SIGNING BONUS paid upon successful completion of a 90 day probationary period. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead/Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing/production team. In this role, you will oversee daily assembly operations, guide a team of production associates, and ensure quality standards and production targets are met. You will serve as the primary point of contact between floor-level team members and production management — and your ability to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish is essential to this team's success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, train and support a team of experienced assembly technicians
- Assist in assigning daily tasks based on production schedule
- Monitor quality, conduct inspections and escalate non-conformance to mgt
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Communicate production goals, updates, and process changes to bilingual team members in both English and Spanish
- Track output, downtime, and scrap; report results to the production manager
- Assist with onboarding and on-the-job training for new associates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, engineering, and materials teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean/5S efforts on the floor

Requirements
- MUST have 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production
- REQUIRED 2-3 years of experience as a lead, team lead, or supervisory role
- ONLY Bilingual — Spanish & English fluency required (spoken and written)
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, BOMs, and assembly instructions
- Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection methods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or GED required
