About the Role
We Rise Mental Health Counseling Services is a fully remote group practice serving clients across New York State. We are seeking Limited Permit clinicians who are looking for a structured, supportive environment to develop their clinical skills and build a consistent caseload.
This position is ideal for early-career therapists who want to focus on providing quality care while gaining confidence and experience—without the burden of marketing, billing, or administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and couples psychotherapy
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (notes, treatment plans, assessments)
- Attend weekly supervision and team meetings
- Coordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate
- Deliver ethical, culturally responsive care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling (required)
- Eligibility for a New York State Limited Permit (required)
- Interest in evidence-based and trauma-informed care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Openness to feedback and ongoing clinical development
