Living Stone Masonry is based in Asheville, NC and specializes in the restoration of brick and stone structures, as well as new construction stone work (some brick, but not a lot).
We have been operating in the Asheville area for over 10 years. We are a closely knit team of around 9 people, most of whom are in the field.
90% of the time we are working within the city limit of Asheville, NC and our shop space and office are centrally located in Asheville.
We are looking for an experienced mason. Someone with a background in and aptitude for stonework coupled with an interest (or experience in) in restoration work would be an excellent candidate. Being an effective communicator is also important, especially if you're a career-oriented individual.
We are tightly knit crew and as a company we take crew input seriously and foster an environment that is focused on personal and professional growth for each individual crew member.
This position is available immediately, as we have recently lost an experienced team member to reasons outside of their control. For the right candidate, we can offer a relocation stipend.
This position is also full time, year round. We take measures to dry-in / climate control work spaces in the winter when necessary.
