We’re looking for a Claims & Payment Specialist who understands that accurate billing isn’t just numbers — it keeps our providers focused on caring for women through every stage of life. About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity working remote with a requirement to live in the State of Oregon. The position has an expectation of 40hrs per week and we are proud to offer a great benefits package. Our Claims and Payment Specialist recruiting pay range is $20.79 – $25.05.
What will you do:

Responsible for accurate and timely electronic and paper claims filing with all insurance carriers. Corrects errors as identified or assigns to appropriate business office staff for correction.

Responsible for accurate and timely entry of all insurance and patient payments.

Responsible for electronic submission of patient statements to third-party producer. Corrects errors as identified prior to production.

Reviews and takes corrective action on rejected and denied claims as appropriate or assigned.
Requirements:
What do you need to bring to the role:

Education/Experience: Two years’ experience in medical business office environment preferred and a high school diploma or GED required.
