We are a fast‑growing international logistics company specializing in drayage, ocean freight, and local trucking. We are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
· Coordinate container pickup, delivery, and empty returns
· Communicate daily with terminals, warehouses, drivers, and customers
· Track shipments and update operation systems
· Process shipping documents (POD, EIR, B/L, etc.)
· Assist with dispatching, issue resolution, and customer inquiries

Requirements
· Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred
· Logistics, dispatching, or freight forwarding experience is a plus
· Proficient in Excel, email, and standard office software
· Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
· Experience with US trucking / port operations is a plus
· Must be legally authorized to work in the US
