Server / Wait Staff

Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a warm, friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
- Deliver excellent customer service from the moment guests walk in until they leave.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
- Ensure food is delivered quickly, correctly, and professionally.
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and involve management when necessary.
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
- Work as a team with kitchen staff, hosts, cashiers, and management.
- Follow all StuffedEnuff policies, procedures, and health department regulations.
