Job Summary
Perfect Rares is seeking a friendly and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. This role requires someone with passion for TCGs as well as providing outstanding customer service for the community. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact to represent Perfect Rares and to continuously support the growth of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Welcome both new and returning customers with a positive attitude
- Assist with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases with a professional demeanor
- Operate and handle transactions through the POS system with utmost detail and accuracy
- Merchandise new product, stock shelves, and monitor inventory levels in both the front and back of the store
- Assist in receiving and checking the flow of new merchandise across all TCGs and brands that the store provides
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Support the wider team with daily operations and communicate efficiently with each department through proper channels
- Adhere to store policies and procedures when it comes to handling different services that the store offers
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales targets, meet store goals, and contribute to a positive team environment
- Report to the Store Managers, ensuring that daily tasks align with store goals and standards
- Prevent theft efforts by monitoring the sales floor, reporting suspicious activity, and following security policies
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
