What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is resourceful and well-rounded. You don't need to be a licensed expert in every trade, but you should have enough hands-on experience to confidently assess problems, make common repairs, and know when a project requires a specialized professional.
The right person will be proactive rather than waiting for every task to be assigned. If you notice something that needs to be repaired, maintained, or improved, we want someone who will take initiative and help get it taken care of.
This is a full-time position with ongoing work for someone who is reliable, skilled, and looking for a long-term opportunity.
