We’re seeking Onsite Human Resource Coordinator to support our key client locations in Rockwall, TX. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between talent and our client, managing daily HR and staffing responsibilities in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. Ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and enjoys solving problems while building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with associates and client contacts
- Support onboarding and check-in processes while providing ongoing communication
- Monitor attendance and performance, offering coaching and recognition as needed
- Identify and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between associates and the client
- Source, place, and retain talent based on client workforce needs
- Be responsive and available for escalations, including occasional weekend needs
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required
- Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to walk frequently in a large production facility
- Flexibility in schedule to support occasional events and weekend availability for escalations as needed.
