Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal hygiene care, and activities of daily living to clients. This may include:
- Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Creating personalized care plans for each client
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and services provided
