Property & Renovation Manager
·Role oversites (single-families only)
· estimate project expenses in advance to critically evaluate contractor bids.
· responsible for on-site Quality Control—inspecting work in progress, identifying defects or ensuring all repairs and renovations are executed flawlessly working with section 8 – a MUST
· leasing, renewals, rent collection and to handle tenant conflicts
· Strong communication and decision-making skills
· Real Estate or Property Management License - Advantage
- 5+ years managing single-family rental portfolios
· Yearly payment : $50,000.00-$65,000.00 + bounes
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
