REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of campus grounds preferred.

At least 1 year of experience working with the community, building relationships or equivalent customer service experience

JOB SUMMARY:

Representing Neches FCU at Lamar University’s campus, ensuring visibility and awareness of our branch

Educating and informing the Lamar community about our products and services available at the Branch

Seeking out opportunities on the Lamar Campus

Supporting business development initiatives on campus and collaborating with the Community Impact team to assist with various campus events.

Conducting in-class sessions on financial education
-
Establishing and maintaining relationships with Lamar students, faculty, and staff.

Delivering exceptional member service by answering inquiries and resolving members concerns promptly and effectively
-
Providing guidance and information to members on ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) services
-
Logging and tracking account openings
-
Monitoring inventory levels of promotional materials specific to Lamar University
-
Conducting end-of-day balancing and processing tasks
-
Completing various transaction reports
-
Other duties as assigned
Classification: Non-exempt
Location: Lamar University Branch located in the Setzer Student Center
Hours: Scheduled for no more than 29 hours per week between the hours of: Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 2:00PM with some evenings and weekends at Lamar events as scheduled.
